MARKETING ASSOCIATE

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Associate at Opus Marketing. The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in supporting client accounts, coordinating project activities, and managing social media strategies and execution. This role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and digital savvy to help drive social media engagement, enhance brand visibility, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content; engage with audiences; optimize social media pages; and prepare performance reports for client channels.

  • Content Creation Support: Assist with creating social media assets that align with the client’s brand voice and collaborate on brainstorming sessions for campaigns.

  • Account Coordination: Work closely with account managers to support project timelines, track tasks, and maintain client communication.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators, prepare insights for internal and client use, and support strategy development through data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience in social media management, marketing, or advertising (experience in the food/hospitality industry is a plus)

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of brand voice, with an ability to engage and grow online audiences

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in digital marketing and content creation

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with occasional in-office collaboration

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
